About Us

We believe that the way to win the AI revolution is to automate not others, but ourselves. Our arena is complex megaprojects. We automate what we can and do old-school what we must. We build AI tooling to take our own jobs — the tools and knowledge that teams of humans and AIs need to run megaprojects.

Our product consists of two halves:

• A customer-facing platform that runs both standard and bespoke project scheduling apps, supports large-scale datasets, complex integrations and large groups of users and runs an AI copilot.
• An internal AI operating system that automates and supports our own work. It dials into meetings, analyses customers' screen-shares and shared datasets, builds implementation plans, orchestrates coding agents and validation systems — and pushes PRs. This is the software that will take our own jobs.

We're a small team in London, growing fast, and looking for people who want to build things that make a difference on megaprojects. We're a team of people who see a problem and run at it — figuring things out, and not stopping at “that's not my job.” Our current team is small (4 people) — so any new joiners can make a big difference. Our Q1 revenue was 4x our Q4 revenue, and we just raised our Seed round at a ~$25m valuation. The next step is to aggressively scale the business.

Our customers are (mostly) large general contractors, infrastructure builders and asset owners. They build rail lines, airports, power plants, solar farms and more. We work with them to improve the construction schedules for these assets.

The Role

PlanLab has a Project Controls platform, with customer-specific customization layers on top — skins that include extra workflows, visuals, inputs, and integrations. The Delivery Lead owns the full customer lifecycle: understanding the customer's world deeply, designing the right product solution, and delivering it using AI coding agents and the platform (and/or doing a version by hand before you've succeeded at automating it!).

Responsibilities

• Own 1–5 customer accounts end-to-end (portfolio size depends on account complexity)
• Deeply understand each customer's project controls problems and operational context
• Being able to solve the customer's problems (in whatever way works)
• Design workflows and customization layers that solve the problem without you there to do it
• Implement solutions using AI coding agents, working on top of the PlanLab platform
• Own the customer relationship: onboarding, delivery, ongoing success, and expanding our scope to new use-cases and new projects
• Collaborate with platform engineers when deeper platform changes are needed
• Validate product decisions with the right stakeholders at the customer

What We're Looking For

• Strong product design intuition — can translate ambiguous customer needs into concrete workflows
• Excellent structured communicator — can explain their work clearly at any time, to anyone
• Model-driven thinkers — can take a messy problem, build a mental model of how it works, and use that to break it into concrete steps
• Effective at directing AI coding agents to build and iterate on solutions
• Comfortable with ambiguity and fast iteration in an early-stage environment

Ideal Backgrounds

• Early-stage startup generalists who have worn many hats
• Technical consulting (BCG X, McKinsey Digital/QB, Bain ADAPT, or similar)
• Product managers or technical PMs with delivery experience
• Relevant experience solving problems in construction or megaprojects
